Kalpataru Classic delivered — a benchmark for well-crafted, quality homes in Malad West.
2011
Kalpataru Plaza delivered on Chincholi Bunder Road — our first commercial landmark in Malad.
2015
Lotus inaugurated in Malad West — handed over to proud homeowners.
2022

2024
Callissa launched — a RERA-approved 21-storey tower in Malad West with possession set for December 2029.
